Building information modeling (BIM) is being implemented in Malaysia aggresively. Private practitioners and builders (such as Brunsfield, Sunway, Eastern Pretech & more) are already seeing and reaping the business benefits of BIM. Our Government will be implementing BIM and IBS from as soon as 2018 as part of RMK-11.
